Session guidelines
What every creator agrees to when they RSVP — rotations, releases and the delivery standard.
The ISO Club house rules
Before the session
RSVP with intent. A spot held is a spot owed — your commitment keeps attendance strong for everyone.
Arrive 20 minutes early. Group assignments and station maps are posted 15 minutes before start; rotations leave on time.
Bring two outfits for Portray & Be Portrayed sessions — every creator alternates between shooting and modeling.
During the session
Groups of 3–4 photographers follow the posted rotation. Stations are shared; never block a station longer than your slot.
Models take mandatory 10-minute rest buffers between rotations. Hosts enforce them without exception.
Smartphones are for coordination only. Shooting is camera-only, always.
After the session
Selects are due within 14 days via the shared dropzone vault. On-time delivery maintains your 100% Delivery Reliability Score.
Every delivered frame is released under the mutual § 22 KunstUrhG digital TFP agreement signed at RSVP.
Leave feedback within 7 days — session, organizer and studio ratings keep the collective honest.
Community conduct
Credit your collaborators when posting. Portfolio usage is mutual; commercial usage needs a separate written agreement.
No-shows drop one reliability tier after two occurrences.
Harassment ends membership. Berlin is a village — treat it like one.
